Teacher Cuts Off Girl's Braid In Front Of Class
Milwaukee Public School District cut a 1st graders hair off.
The little girl was laughed by her classmates after the teacher told her to then go back to her desk.
Charges are pending against the teacher.

This is roughly 10 times the 2009 figure of about $342 million. U.S. consumers alone will download 1 billion apps this year, the Yankee Group estimates. That figure will grow to 6.7 billion in 2013.
